Consideraciones sobre la fundamentación curricular en el programa vigente de la especialidad de medicina interna
Abstract
Se realizó una valoración crítica de la fundamentación del plan de estudio de la especialidad de Medicina Interna, para lo que se tuvo en cuenta los documentos normativos de la Educación de Postgrado (Resolución 26/1), el Programa de la Residencia y el criterio de dos especialistas de vasta trayectoria en la Educación de Postgrado en esta especialidad, arribando a la conclusión que en la fundamentación del citado programa están presentes los elementos esenciales del marco teórico conceptual, político normativo y de necesidades, pero pueden ser enriquecidos con aspectos tales como: incluir en el marco de las necesidades los problemas de salud que demandan ser resueltos por el especialista, ampliar los antecedentes históricos, en el marco político normativo no debe limitarse al Reglamento de Residencia, debe extenderse a
