Resultado de la aplicación del programa de introducción a la clínica en alumnos de segundo año de medicina
Abstract
La asignatura de Introducción a la Clínica se imparte en el cuarto semestre de medicina, con 72 horas lectivas de 18 semanas, 4 horas semanales. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la utilidad que de acuerdo al criterio de los estudiantes, presentó la aplicación de la asignatura. Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo con los estudiantes que recibieron la misma en el curso escolar 1998-1999 en la facultad de Ciencias Medicas de Ciego de Ávila, a los cuales se le aplicó una encuesta, obteniendo como resultado que la mayoría de los estudiantes evalúa satisfactoriamente la calidad de las conferencias, clases teórico prácticas y prácticas en los consultorios, además, consideran la utilidad de la asignatura para enfrentar en tercer año la propedéutica clínica. Recomendando la necesidad de elaborar un libro de texto para esta asignatura.
