Biographical notes of the military doctor Antonio Luaces Iraola
Abstract
We made an investigation on the biography of Antonio Luaces Iraola, glorious name of the provincial hospital of Ciego de Avila. Camagüeyan, graduated as Medicine and Surgery in the United States which gets up to the war of the Ten Years under the command of Ignacio Agramonte and after Máximo Gómez. He participates more in numerous battle nonsingle like doctor but like a soldier, demonstrating in them his character humanist and the respect to the rights of the prisoners military. When dying he showed the coronel degrees. In this work are anecdotes of their life made in the Camaguey’s territory, based on the data summary of bibliographical sources that approached this thematic one.Downloads
