ELECTROFORESIS DE PROTEÃNAS / eluciónAbstract
A descriptive observational study was carry out with the aim of establishing a normal rank of fractions that constitute the electrophoresis of proteins by elution method. An evaluation of the determination in the central chemical laboratory of the teaching provincial Hospital "Capitán Roberto Rodríguez Fernández" in Morón was done. The research was done during June, 2001 with 65 blood donors that attended the blood bank whom in the survey and physical exam didn’t have any illness nor were submitted to medical treatment the normal values of the different fractions were, as follows: Albumin 33,7 to 53,4 g/l; alpha 1: 1.63 to 3.51 g/l; alpha 2: 2.05 to 7.81 g/l; Beta: 4.22 to 10.34 g/l and Gamma: 8.59 to 19.4 g/l.Downloads
