Abstract

A case of a thirty-two-year-old patient admitted and diagnosed Articulatory Inflammatory Syndrome and bilateral Perichondritis for the study of the clinical manifestations, evolution, and complementary tests to reach the conclusion: Relapsing Polychondritis, a  rare disease of high mortality rate. The review of literature as well as the clinical and therapeutic aspects are discussed.
