Rehabilittation of an alcoholic patient in a mutual help group

Abstract

A cross-descriptive study in mutual assistent group was carried out in northen Ciego de Avila, comprising 12 patients in rehabilitation phase that asist the sesions customasity. Previous informed consensuses on demographic anamnestic and evolutive variables were surveyed. A description was done, and the patients were clasificated in pernicious drinkers and dependent alcohol addicts. According to CAGE and CID’s criteria which are international valid questionnaires: most of the persons were alcohol dependent on 31 to 40 years old, and had stated comsumption in adolescence, all of them had problems on health about alcoholism.
