Clonación en seres humanos. Aspectos eticos, jurídicos y sociales
Abstract
Cada individuo tiene opinión acerca de si es o no correcto clonar a otro ser humano. Las experiencias de la pasada décaca sobre clonación de mamiferos superiores provocaron un amplio debate en la sociedad fundado en el temor de aplicar tales técnicas en seres humanos. En este trabajo abordamos las consideraciones éticas, jurídicas y sociales que ha generado a diferentes niveles desde sus inicios esta posiblidad. Haciendo enfasis en que la clonación torna a cada ser humano en un filósofo moral por lo que sólo el debate entre representantes de diversas corriente de opinión pueden arrojar luz sobre los justos límites de la investigación en salvaguardia de la persona humana y de la libertad de investigación.
