El bloqueo a Cuba y su costo en el sector de la salud.
Abstract
El propósito de nuestra revisión bibliográfica es mostrar una panorámica del desarrollo histórico del Bloqueo Económico de los EE.UU. contra Cuba, así como sus consecuencias fundamentalmente en la esfera de la salud. En febrero de 1962, poco más de dos años del triunfo revolucionario, los EE.UU. dando continuidad a la política agresiva contra nuestro país, decretan el bloqueo total a nuestro comercio. Por mas de cuatro décadas nuestro país ha sufrido las consecuencias de tal agresión, considerada como un genocidio por el impacto económico–social que ha provocado.
