Diagnóstico laparoscópico de las afecciones ginecológicas de urgencias.
Abstract
Se realizó una investigación observacional descriptiva retrospectiva para conocer el diagnóstico de certeza de las pacientes que se les realizó laparoscopia de urgencia en el Hospital General Provincial Docente Roberto Rodríguez, durante el período de Enero del 2002 hasta Enero del 2005. En total se realizaron 247 exámenes con sospecha de patología ginecológica de carácter urgente. Se estudiaron variables como: grupo de edad, patología endoscópica encontrada y servicio de procedencia de las pacientes estudiadas. Los resultados más relevantes encontrados fueron: el grupo de edad más frecuente fue el comprendido entre 20 y 25 años (35,2 %); la inflamación pélvica aguda (37,6 %), el embarazo ectópico (33,2 %) y los quistes de ovario (12,5 %) fueron los diagnósticos endoscópicos más frecuentes encontrados; el 70,0 % de las pacientes que con mayor frecuencia acudieron a nuestro servicio procedían de la sala de ginecología.
