Comportamiento del Sistema Integrado de Urgencias Médicas en la Atención Primaria de Salud y su impacto en el Hospital Morón. Enero 2003 - Diciembre del 2004.
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo del comportamiento del Sistema Integrado de Urgencias Médicas en la Atención Primaria de Salud y su impacto sobre el Hospital Morón en los años 2003-2004.
Encontramos que en el año 2004 aumentó el número de casos vistos en urgencias en la Atención Primaria de Salud y se disminuyen los pacientes atendidos en cuerpo de guardia del Hospital Morón logrando un impacto de 12.2% de reducción. El mayor porciento de los pacientes atendidos en el Sistema Integrado de Urgencias Médicas correspondió al grupo de 15-59 años y en el horario de 5:30 pm- 8:00 am con un 68.9%. Al comparar el año 2003 con el 2004 aumentamos las Interconsultas, así como los ingresos en sala de observación. En cuanto a las remisiones al Hospital se disminuyeron y de ellas el 87% quedaron ingresadosDownloads
