Tratamiento médico del mal perforante plantar. Tercera parte.
Abstract
Objetivos. En el presente trabajo se realiza una revisión bibliográfica del tratamiento médico que lleva a redistribuir la presión de pico plantar en el mal perforante plantar. Desarrollo. Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de los distintos tratamientos utilizados en el mal perforante plantar para redistribuir la presión de pico plantar. Se dan a conocer la forma de actuar de cada tratamiento. Como actúan en esta redistribución los tejidos espaciadores, el uso de yesos y fibroglast, los zapatos, las prótesis y ortosis sobre todo en tratar de evitar las recidivas. Conclusiones. Se dan a conocer los distintos tratamientos médicos que llevan a redistribuir la presión de pico plantar, en el tratamiento de las úlceras plantares.
