Adenocarcinoma de la papila duodenal. Presentación de un caso y revisión de la literatura
Abstract
Se presenta un paciente masculino, blanco de 57 años de edad con un Adenocarcinoma bien diferenciado de la papila duodenal, patología muy poco frecuente en nuestro medio. Se muestran el estudio clínico y los exámenes complementarios realizados los que incluyeron, Humorales, Radiografías de Estómago y Duodeno, Endoscopia, Ecografía Abdominal y la Laparotomía. Describimos la Técnica Quirúrgica empleada y el resultado histopatológico de la pieza extraída. Al quinto día del postoperatorio fue dado de alta con una evolución satisfactoria. El resultado anatomopatológico fue: Adenocarcinoma bien diferenciado de la Papila Duodenal. Cumplió tratamiento coadyugante, mostrando una evolución Clínica, Humoral y Endoscopica excelente. Se realiza una revisión de la literatura y se exponen los criterios de mayor interés.
