Síndrome de Reiter Post disentérico. Consideraciones clínicas.
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo de tipo retrospectivo, en 17 pacientes ingresados con el diagnóstico de Síndrome de Reiter post disentérico en el Hospital General Provincial Docente “Capitán Roberto Rodríguez” de Morón en el período comprendido entre el 1ro. de enero del 2003 y el 31 de diciembre del 2005. El 86.7% se encontraban en el rango de edad de 20 a 39 años, siendo el promedio de 27.5 años, con similar comportamiento en ambos sexos. El sexo masculino prevaleció considerablemente; las manifestaciones clínicas más frecuentemente encontradas fueron: la oligoartritis asimétrica, la fiebre y las manifestaciones oculares. Las articulaciones de la rodilla, tobillo y metatarsofalángicas fueron las afectadas con mayor frecuencia.
