Papel del cerumen humano en la profilaxis de la otitis externa aguda difusa
Abstract
Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica acerca de la Otitis Externa Aguda Difusa, sus factores predisponentes, cuadro clínico, examen físico, gérmenes más frecuentes que lo producen y el actual tratamiento. Se describe el rol que desempeña el cerumen humano como protector del oído externo en esta patología. Se describen sus propiedades bactericidas y características físico-químicas explicando como los factores que lo eliminan predisponen a la aparición de infección en el oído externo. Son descritos los tipos de cerumen humano y la posibilidad de usarlo como alternativa de tratamiento en la Otitis Externa Difusa.Downloads
