Síndrome de Fisher Evans, debut de un lupus eritematoso sistémico. Presentación de un caso
Abstract
El Lupus Eritematoso Sistémico es una enfermedad poco frecuente en niños y ocupa el segundo lugar entre las mesenquiomiopatías infantiles. Se diagnostican anualmente unos 5 casos por millón de niños. Su comienzo es poco frecuente antes de la adolescencia y excepcional ante los 5 años de edad. Reportamos un caso de una niña de 3 años de edad que debutó a los 9 meses como un síndrome de Fisher–Evans, que fue esplenectomizada a los dos y medios años de edad y en el transoperatorio comienza con una hipertensión arterial que mantiene hasta el momento que fallece.
