Argentafinoma maligno de intestino delgado. Presentación de un caso y revisión de la literatura
Abstract
Se presenta un paciente con diagnóstico de oclusión intestinal mecánica por tumor de Intestino Delgado, que ocasionó cuadro abdominal agudo, caracterizado por la clínica de esta entidad, se trató mediante resección amplia del proceso y el meso comprometido. El diagnóstico Anatomopatológico definitivo fue de Argentafinoma Maligno (Tumor Carcinoide) de intestino delgado infiltrante hasta la serosa, bordes de sección libres de actividad tumoral, metástasis en 4 de los 11 ganglios revisados. Presentamos el caso por lo difícil que resulta el diagnóstico preoperatorio de este tipo de tumor y lo infrecuente en nuestro medio. Se muestran el estudio clínico y los exámenes complementarios realizados los que incluyeron, Humorales, Radiografías de Abdomen simple, Ecografía Abdominal, y la Laparotomía. Describimos la Técnica Quirúrgica empleada y el resultado histopatológico de la pieza extraída, se realiza una revisión de la literatura y se exponen los criterios de mayor interés.Downloads
