Poliserositis grave en el lupus eritematoso sistémico.
Abstract
Se realiza revisión del Lupus Eritematoso Sistémico y se presentan dos casos de adolescentes de 11 y 14 años, femeninas, que requirieron ingreso en UCIP dada la presencia de Poliserositis grave; como historia previa tenían fiebre de 38–39 ºC entre 10-15 días de evolución acompañadas de Síndrome General. Ambas mostraron evolución satisfactoria con corticosteroides. En una se confirmó el diagnóstico en centro de referencia y la otra está aun pendiente por depender de altas dosis de esteroides.Downloads
