Methodological strategy for the development process of professional pharmacists in community dispensing
Abstract
To help eliminate the deficiencies in the pharmacist performance in the field of community professional performance in relation to the medicinal dispensing that affect pharmaceutical orientation, a methodological strategy was prepared for the development process of the pharmacist professionals in the community dispensing , which aims is: to surpass pharmacist professionals from people's Council Town Center , Ciego de Avila, who works in the field of community professional performance in the theoretical conceptions, methodological and dispensing practices , specifically in pharmaceutical marketing and pharmaceutical orientation, . It is structured by a set of short, medium and long term, integrated to professional development and training in community pharmacies, including such fundamental post-graduate course of pharmaceutical dispensing in the community care and a system of workshops training of pharmacists. The assessment by expert judgment using nominal group consensus technique, demonstrated the scientific and methodological relevance of the propose, the feasibility of its implementation and its potential to contribute to pharmacists performance in the communityDownloads
