Propuesta de Historia Clínica para el ingreso de pacientes con sospecha de Dengue.
Abstract
Se propone un modelo de historia clínica para pacientes febriles con sospecha de dengue, con el objetivo de disminuir el tiempo de realización de ingresos, logro de una calidad muy superior en la confección de la historia, ganancia de tiempo por paciente a ingresar de más de 20 minutos, menor agotamiento del personal médico, mayor número de pacientes atendidos por médico, recogida más completa de los datos elementales así como su cronología e historia epidemiológica más detallada lo que como resultado final promueve un mayor aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral y un incremento notable en la calidad de la atención médica .
