Mortalidad, complicaciones y acciones de enfermería en el manejo de estas últimas en hemodiálisis del servicio de nefrología de Morón.
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio retrospectivo sobre las complicaciones presentadas en hemodiálisis y las acciones de enfermería en pacientes sometidos a la misma durante un período comprendido entre enero de 1996 a diciembre del 2006. La muestra estuvo conformada por el total de 141 pacientes con IRC-T que recibieron tratamiento dialítico en nuestra unidad, de los cuales 85 (60.3%) eran hombres y 56 (39.7%) mujeres. 48 pacientes eran diabéticos (34%). La edad promedio fue de 46,6 años, 29 pacientes (20,6%) tenían más de 60 años. Se registraron un total de 123 hospitalizaciones en 112 pacientes. Han fallecido 60 casos y trasplantados 31. Las complicación inmediata mas presentada en el grupo fue la hipotensión arterial en 103 oportunidades (37.6 %) Las causas más frecuentes de hospitalización fueron las de tipo séptica con 27, seguidas de las por las cardiovasculares con 19. Finalmente se hace una revisión de las acciones de enfermería en cuanto a las complicaciones inmediatas presentadas por los pacientes durante el proceder dialítico.
