Resultados inmediatos del tratamiento quirúrgico en las deformidades abdominales.

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo sobre los resultados inmediatos del tratamiento quirúrgico en 98 pacientes ingresadas en el servicio de cirugía plástica del Hospital General Provincial “Dr. Antonio Luaces Iraola” provincia Ciego de Ávila. Más de la mitad de los casos se encontraba en el rango de 31 a 40 años, y presentaban deformidad abdominal grado-II, la técnica quirúrgica más empleada fue la horizontal, asociada con mayor frecuencia a hernia incisional, seguida de la salpingectomía parcial bilateral la infección, el seroma y el hematoma, resultaron las complicaciones más frecuentes. La mayoría de las pacientes se encontraron totalmente satisfechas con los resultados de la operación. Los resultados obtenidos por los autores garantizan escasas complicaciones y un elevado nivel de satisfacción en todas las pacientes con distintos grados de deformidad abdominal.
