Escrófula Tuberculosa. Presentación de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 45 años, con antecedentes personales y familiares de buena salud, que presentaba linfadenitis crónica localizada en varias partes del cuerpo, con epidemiología negativa, el cual fue atendido inicialmente en el policlínico, después ingresado en varias instituciones hospitalarias del país, con diferentes diagnósticos; finalmente resultó ser una tuberculosis ganglionar. Se señalan los pilares del diagnóstico positivo y diferencial de la enfermedad; por el carácter reemergente de la misma se hace hincapié en que los médicos de la atención primaria deben tenerla presente al realizar el diagnóstico diferencial.
