Impacto de la terapéutica trombolítica precoz en la reducción de la mortalidad por infarto agudo del miocardio. Año 2006-2011
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio observacional longitudinal descriptivo prospectivo que incluyó 572 pacientes con infarto agudo del miocardio ingresados en el Servicio de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital General "Capitán Roberto Rodríguez Fernández" de Morón durante los años 2006-2011, para demostrar el impacto de la terapéutica trombolítica precoz en la reducción de la mortalidad por infarto agudo del miocardio. Predominó la forma clínica con dolor en el 92,3% de los pacientes y su localización más frecuente fue en la cara anterior para el 42,0%. El 61,3% clasificó como Killip I. En el 55,3% el diagnóstico fue oportuno. La trombólisis se realizó al 64,7% de los pacientes y la principal causa de no trombólisis fue el diagnóstico tardío. De los egresados vivos el 100% se encontraban en edades comprendidas entre 30 y 40 años, tuvieron dolor en su forma de presentación clínica, se clasificaron como Killip I, en ellos el diagnóstico fue oportuno y recibieron tratamiento trombolítico, se demuestra así como la fibrinólisis terapéutica temprana logra disminuir el tamaño del área infartada, reduce la mortalidad y mejora el pronóstico a corto y a largo plazo.Downloads
