Salbutamol Spray, su interacción medicamentosa en pacientes asmáticos con enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles asociadas

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, retrospectivo y descriptivo con el objetivo de caracterizar el uso del salbutamol spray y su interacción medicamentosa en pacientes asmáticos con otras enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles asociadas del área norte de Morón, se distribuyeron los pacientes según las siguientes variables, sexo, edad, patologías asociadas, dosis de salbutamol spray indicada, tiempo de duración de la terapia, medicamentos asociados con el uso del salbutamol spray y reacciones medicamentosas. Se determinó que el sexo más afectado fue el femenino con un 67.03%, el grupo de edad más afectado fue el de 40-59 con un 31.72%, la enfermedad más asociada fue la hipertensión arterial con un total de 773 pacientes y un 35.58%, la dosis que con mayor frecuencia se usó fue la de 200 μg 3-4 veces al día , el tiempo de duración de la terapia por un año fue el más recomendado en un total de 1991 pacientes para un 91.66%, el medicamento más utilizado con el uso del salbutamol spray fue el Atenolol, en un 34.25% y la reacción medicamentosa manifiesta de forma reiterada fueron las palpitaciones lo que representa un 4.56%.
