Diagnóstico de la situación de la actividad científica estudiantil en la Facultad de Medicina de Cabinda, República Popular de Angola

Abstract

Para que los futuros profesionales aporten a la solución de los problemas del sector de la salud, y
contribuyan a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, es necesario incorporar la actitud
investigadora al quehacer académico de pre-grado. Con el objetivo de caracterizar la situación de
la investigación estudiantil en la facultad de medicina de Cabinda, se realizó una investigación
con enfoque cualitativo a partir de las experiencias y criterios de directivos, profesores y
estudiantes de esta facultad. Las unidades del análisis muestral se conforman a partir del
muestreo intencional; se utilizaron técnicas de colecta de información como cuestionarios,
entrevistas semiestructuradas y grupos focales con la finalidad de recoger las opiniones y
vivencias sobre la organización de la investigación estudiantil, el papel de la organización
estudiantil en esta tarea, los principales problemas y posibles soluciones de acuerdo a los
investigados. Teniendo en cuenta las opiniones y la información lograda se realizan sugerencias a
incluir en una propuesta de estrategia para mejorar la actividad científico estudiantil en la facultad
de medicina de Cabinda al mismo tiempo que se proponen las habilidades que deben alcanzar los
estudiantes en cada año académico.
