Morbimortalidad por neoplasia primitiva de la vesícula biliar en un período de cinco años
Abstract
Se realizó el análisis de 360 expedientes clínicos, intervenidos quirúrgicamente de las Vías Biliares durante el período comprendido entre Enero de 1994 y Diciembre de 1998, de los cuales en 8 pacientes el estudio anatomopatológico a la pieza, informó Neoplasia Primitiva de la Vesícula Biliar. Se señala que todos los casos pertenecían al sexo femenino de la quinta y sexta década de la vida, el dolor en hipocondrio derecho, anorexia, náuseas y vómitos constituyeron el síntoma inicial o con mayor frecuencia. La Ecografía y la Laparoscopía fueron los medios diagnósticos más empleados, la técnica quirúrgica, el Adenocarcinoma como variedad histológica tumoral más frecuente. Todos los casos de nuestro estudio fallecieron en un período de tiempo de un año.Downloads
