Uso de dialisol isotónico para el lavado de dializadores
Abstract
Se hace un análisis desde el punto de vista económico sobre dos técnicas de lavado de dializadores en la unidad de hemodiálisis del Hospital General Provincial Docente de Morón. En la primera se usan 3 litros de solución salina al 0,9%, en la segunda se usa 1 litro de solución salina y 1 de dialisol isotónico, en el primero de los casos se realizaron 5669 hemodiálisis con un gasto de 17007 litros de solución salina para un costo de $36224,94. En el segundo se realizaron 6063 hemodiálisis, se utilizaron 6063 litros de solución salina y 6063 litros de dialisol isotónico para un costo de $20492,94. Por este método de lavado se ahorraron $18247,63. El reuso promedio en el primer grupo fue de 2.28 y en el segundo de 4.2Downloads
