Retos y desafíos para la permanencia del especialista en medicina general integral en la comunidad
Abstract
Se realizó una investigación observacional descriptiva para conocer los factores que influyen en el éxodo de los especialistas en Medicina General Integral para otros puestos de trabajo, segunda especialidad y maestría en Ciego de Avila, durante los meses de abril a Junio de 1998. Se entrevistó el 96,9 % del total de médicos ubicados en consultorios urbanos en el municipio cabecera.Downloads
