Consideraciones bioéticas con relación a la muerte encefálica y el trasplante de órganos
Abstract
Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre las consideraciones bioéticos relacionados con la Muerte Encefálica que abarcan aspectos históricos, Criterios Diagnósticos Cubanos y la nueva definición de la muerte sobre bases neurofisiológicas del Dr: Calixto Machado Curbelo y en cuanto al Transplante de Organos la historia, los aspectos éticos y el manejo del donante en nuestro país, las legislaciones vigentes establecidas por el MINSAP y los Fundamentos Jurídicos asi como también esclarecer el posible vínculo entre Eutanasia y Muerte Encefálica todo lo cual ayudara a elevar los conocimientos en el personal médico y paramedico que labora con estos pacientes.Downloads
