Cuerpo extraño en vías aereas. Dos casos de presentación singular
Abstract
Se revisaron dos casos de cuerpo extraño bronquial para determinar características clínicas especiales que permitieron catalogarlos como de presentación singular.En el primer paciente se obtuvo el dato clásico de asfixia al inhalar el objeto, no se comprobó el diagnóstico. La evoluciónica fue satisfactoria y 7 meses después tras crisis de asfixia es expulsada a través de la boca una hoja de planta ornamental.
El otro niño ingresó por tos quintosa y períodos de apnea durante el sueño. No se recogieron datos anamnésicos ni clínicos sugestivos de bronco-aspiración. La aparatosa "crisis nocturna" hizo sospechar el diagnóstico de cuerpo móvil intrabronquial y se extrajo mediante broncoscopía un frijol que se desplazaba libremente en el árbol traqueo-bronqui
