Abstract

A photographic image of a keloid acne on the occipital part of the cranial region of a 32-year-old male patient with skin phototype V and no personal pathological history of interest is presented. Approximately five years ago, he began to have erythematous-pustular lesions on the occipital part that coalesced to form a large fibrous plaque with a keloid appearance and scarring alopecia. He was treated with intralesional steroids without achieving improvement.
