Anemia sideroblastica. Presentacion de tres casos
Abstract
Se realiza el estudio clínico de tres casos de pacientes portadores de un síndrome anémico, quienes resultaron estar afectados por anemia sideroblística adquirida idiopática (ASAI); enfatizándose el hecho de la presencia de un caso que respondi a la terapéutica con Piridoxina, a diferencia de los otros dos. Nuestros hallazgos hematológicos coinciden en forma general con lo planteado, por parte de la bibliografídica consultada. En el paciente que respondió al tratamiento con Piridoxina, se constató plaquetopenia, y presencia de cifras normales de plaquetas en los casos resistentes a dicho tratamiento; todo lo cual contrasta con lo planteado por los textos consultados; del mismo modo, uno de nuestros casos presentó leucopenia con linfocitosis como característica a destacar, no descrita en la bibliografíaDownloads
