Maduración Psicológica en niños de edad preescolar

Abstract

Se realizó una investigación observacional analítica retrospectiva para comparar el grado de maduración de algunos parámetros psicológicos entre un grupo de niños que transitaron hasta el 5to año de vida en los Círculos Infantiles “Flor del Festival” y “Mi Pequeño Paraíso” del  área norte de Morón en los cursos 1993-94 y 1994-95 y un grupo de niños de la misma edad pertenecientes a los Consultorios de Médicos de la Familia (CMF) No. 6,7,9 y 10 del área de salud norte de Morón que nunca habían asistido a estas instituciones hasta mayo de 1995.

El universo de trabajo estuvo constituido por 120 niños, 40 de ellos que transitaron por Círculos Infantiles (Grupo de Estudio) y 80 que nunca habían estado institucionalizados (grupo Control).

Los resultados indicaron que los niños de Círculos Infantiles poseen un desarrollo perceptual, de la memoria visual, de la memoria auditiva y un desarrollo psicomotor significativamente superior al de los niños que nunca asistieron a estas instituciones; los Círculos Infantiles influyeron positivamente en la maduración psicológica de los niños de edad preescolar
