Herida por arma blanca penetrante en tórax, con lesión del corazón, diafragma e hígado. Presentación de un caso

Abstract

Se presenta un caso de herida por arma blanca preesternal bajo con lesión del pericardio, ventrículo derecho, diafragma e hígado.

El paciente llegó 10 minutos después de su herida y en un breve tiempo fue trasladado al salón de operación donde se encontraron las heridas mencionadas, además de la proyección de la misma en diafragma y lóbulo izquierdo del hígado, todas las cuales fueron suturadas.

Se plantean las condiciones óptimas para el tratamiento exitoso de estos lesionados cumpliendo una estadía hospitalaria de 22 días y teniendo una evolución satisfactoria
