Algunas características biológicas de ratones balb/c del bioterio de la facultad de Ciencias Médicas de Ciego de Ávila

Abstract

En este trabajo se exponen los resultados alcanzados en el estudio de algunas características biológicas de una sublínea de ratones Balb/C mantenida por más de dos años en el bioterio de la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de Ciego de Ávila. Las características estudiadas fueron: tabla y peso desde el nacimiento hasta la semana 13, comportamiento reproductivo, cuadro hematológico y proteínas plasmática. Lo resultados nos brindan información sobre el comportamiento del crecimiento de esta sublínea. No se observaron diferencias con los resultados de otros reportes, sin embargo, en el cuadro hematológico sí se presentan diferencias, fundamentalmente leucopenia.
