Trastornos de la coagulación en el embarazo
Abstract
Dada la frecuencia de embarazadas en estado crítico en nuestra unidad, el colectivo de autores se enfrascó en la tarea de revisar aquellos temas que en este tipo de pacientes son causas frecuentes de morvimortalidad. La Coagulación Intravascular Diseminada, la Púrpura Idiopática Inmunológica, la Enfermedad de Von Willebrand y la Depranocitemia fueron los temas seleccionados exponiendo su incidencia, forma de presentación y conducta a seguir sobre todo en el estado de gestación. De como el obstetra conociendo los cambios que en el sistema hematológico impone el embarazo dependerá la prevención temprana de complicaciones que pueden causar la muerte de estoas pacientes reconociendo además que la auxilia de un laboratorio de hematología bien equipado es imprecindible a la cabecera del emfermo para detectar estos cambiostempranamente
