Intervención educativa acerca del riesgo preconcepcional en adolescentes de la ESBU “Nguyen Van Troi” del municipio de Morón

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio de intervención educativa del tipo antes y después a los estudiantes de la ESBU “Nguyen Van Troi” del municipio de Morón en el período comprendido entre septiembre del año 2008 y agosto del año 2009 con el objetivo de elevar el nivel de conocimiento sobre riesgo preconcepcional. El universo estuvo constituido por 202 estudiantes de noveno grado, de ellos 66 constituyeron la muestra a estudiar, los cuales fueron seleccionados por un muestreo aleatorio simple. Las variables estudiadas fueron la identificación y clasificación de los riesgos, los métodos anticonceptivos, posibilidades de embarazo, responsabilidad de la maternidad/paternidad y preparación para tener un hijo. Se llegó a la conclusión de que estos adolescentes conocen los riesgos preconcepcionales y la importancia de utilizar los métodos anticonceptivos para así mejorar la salud reproductiva en general. Se recomienda generalizar el programa de intervención educativa a otras áreas de salud del municipio donde existan condiciones para implementarlo y divulgar los resultados de este trabajo
