Pulmonary aspergillosis
Abstract
The imaging sequence presented corresponds to pulmonary aspergillosis (figure 1), diagnosed in a 44-year-old white woman with a history of hypothyroidism, with a respiratory picture of two months of evolution, given by a productive cough -with blood-streaked expectoration. – and pharyngeal discomfort, denying shortness of breath or other symptoms.
