Solución Hartmann’s VS Hidroxyethil Starch. Nuestra experiencia en el Hospital Central de Cabinda
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio en la sala de reanimación del Hospital Central de Cabinda, una provincia de la República de Angola, en el año 2002, sobre el uso del cristaloide Hartmann’s y el coloide Hidroxyethil Starch en diferentes grupos de edades, desde los 15 hasta más de 61 años y para ambos sexos, en las patologías Shock Hipovolémico, Shock Séptico, y Estados Hipovolémicos de causas variables, comprobándose que el coloide subió más rápidamente en 2-3 cm de agua el valor de la PVC en comparación con el cristaloide. En cuanto a las complicaciones, éstas sólo aparecieron con el uso del coloide Hidroxyethil Starch y fueron la Plaquetopenia y la Quemosis conjuntival y en una cantidad no significativa.
