Hamartoma hepático en el recién nacido. Presentación de caso.
Abstract
Se presenta un caso poco frecuente de una recién nacida portadora de un Hamartoma Hepático de lóbulo izquierdo. Es tratado con éxito mediante lobectomía izquierda por técnica de digitoclasia, después de agotar diferentes recursos para el diagnóstico. Su evolución posterior es favorable un año después del tratamiento quirúrgico. Se revisa la literatura al efecto.
