Hernia diafragmática congénita. Reporte de un caso.
Abstract
La hernia diafragmática constituye un problema infrecuente para el cirujano, y se necesita un alto índice de sospecha para su diagnóstico. Los estudios imagenológicos son la base para su diagnóstico por lo que se demuestra la presencia de las vísceras en situación intra torácica. En nuestro trabajo se presenta un lactante de 11 meses de edad con una hernia diafragmática congénita que ingresó en el Servicio de Pediatría del Hospital General Provincial Docente de Morón. Se revisa la literatura médica.
