Aminas en el shock séptico. Artículo de revisión.

Abstract

Se realizó una revisión actualizada sobre el uso de las aminas en el shock séptico. Donde la dopamina y  norepinefrina resultaron las drogas de elección para incrementar la presión arterial. La dobutamina es la droga que mayor beneficio produce sobre la circulación esplácnica. El uso de dobutamina es más cuestionado como droga de segunda opción y sustituto de la dopamina en la perfusión esplácnica, que el uso de la norepinefrina, aunque en este tópico todo está sujeto a debates, la norepinefrina ha ganado más aceptación que la dobutamina. La epinefrina se reserva para aquellos pacientes en los cuales fracasa este tratamiento inicial.
