Clases prácticas de Inglés para elevar el rechazo al consumo de drogas en primer y segundo año de la carrera de Medicina

Abstract

Con el objetivo de proponer un sistema de ejercicios para contribuir a elevar el rechazo del consumo de las drogas y a la comprensión de los daños que causan a la salud se entrevistaron estudiantes y profesores para conocer cómo se trabajaba el tema en las clases de Inglés, se observaron actividades docentes para comprobar si mediante éstas se le daba salida a las necesidades educativas que sobre las drogas deben tener los estudiantes, por lo que se aplicó un sistema de ejercicios en cada una de las unidades; esto trajo como resultado mejor dominio del vocabulario referido al tema, mayor motivación e incremento de la participación de los alumnos en las jornadas científicas con temas relacionados a esta problemática. Se llega a la conclusión de que los ejercicios aplicados contribuyen a elevar el rechazo al consumo de estas sustancias, a través de ellos se logra desarrollar las habilidades de la Lengua Inglesa y se desarrollan valores como la responsabilidad
