La Terapia Floral de Bach en el tratamiento del síndrome climatérico femenino
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo longitudinal prospectivo desde enero 2009 hasta febrero 2010, con la finalidad de demostrar la efectividad de la Terapia Floral de Bach en el tratamiento de los síntomas del climaterio. La muestra la constituyeron 60 pacientes que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Se conformaron dos grupos: las perimenopáusicas y postmenopáusicas, en las que se aplicó la Terapia Floral de Bach. Los calores o sofocos predominaron en las perimenopáusicas en un 88.9%, la astenia fue más frecuente en las postmenopáusicas en un 87.9%. Las manifestaciones psíquicas que más se presentaron en la perimenopausia fueron la irritabilidad y el insomnio, para un 66.7% y 59.2% respectivamente. En la esfera sexual predominó la sequedad vaginal (75.5%) y la disminución de la líbido (51.5%). Después de aplicado el tratamiento se pudo constatar que los síntomas clínicos y psicológicos alcanzaron una rápida resolución. Se concluyó que las alteraciones vasomotoras y psicológicas son más frecuentes en la perimenopausia, mientras que las de la esfera sexual y las generales predominaron en la postmenopausia. Hubo una mejoría significativa de los síntomas clínicos presentes en las pacientes en la medida que recibieron por mayor tiempo el tratamiento con la Terapia Floral de BachDownloads
