Abstract

La imaginología es la especialidad de las ciencias médicas que en los últimos años ha tenido un avance significativo, lo que ha traído un diagnóstico rápido y más preciso, también se ha avanzado en el campo de los medios de contrastes de uso endovascular, se ha pasado de los contrastes no iónicos a los iónicos, estos últimos al tener otras propiedades han sido mejor tolerados por los pacientes y así ha disminuido las reacciones adversas, las cuales son cualquier respuesta a un medicamento que sea nociva y no intencionada, y que tenga lugar a dosis que se apliquen normalmente en el ser humano. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer las reacciones adversas así como los distintos contrastes endovasculares utilizados en el departamento de imageneología del hospital general de Morón, y cuál de ellos fue el que mayor número de reacción adversa reportó. Entre las reacciones adversas que presentaron los pacientes están el prurito, vómitos, ras cutáneo, urticaria, tos y disnea ligera, ninguno llegó a desarrollar un shock anafiláctico. El medio de contrastes que más reacciones adversa produjo fue el diatrizoato compuesto, seis reacciones; la iopramida fue muy bien tolerada por los pacientes
