Cirugia ambulatoria en adenoamigdalectomia
Abstract
Se llevó a cabo una investigación observacional descriptiva para analizar los procedimientos y el método de trabajo en la realización de forma ambulatoria de Adenoidectomías y Amigdalectomías en el Servicio de ORL del Hospital General Provincial Docente de Morón. Se evaluaron 458 niños intervenidos durante el año 1996, encontrándose como complicaciones fundamentales: 3 casos de hemorragias inmediatas y un caso de náuseas y vómitos. Se corroboró que con una selección cuidadosa del paciente, la aplicación de este proceder no produce riesgos adicionales, es economicamente beneficioso para el hospital y bien aceptado por la comunidad, por lo que se considera una opción muy ventajosa en nuestra práctica médica.Downloads
