Condromalacia de rotula
Abstract
Se expone un estudio retrospectivo en 16 pacientes afectos de condromalacia patelar con diversos grados de afectación condral a los que se les realizó técnica de Maquet II combinada con un tiempo articular. Los objetivos fueron ver la eficacia de la técnica quirúrgica y exponer las complicaciones y resultados. Las lesiones asociadas encontradas en las artrotomias fueron: osteocondritis del condilo femoral interno en 5 pacientes, espolóseo del condilo femoral interno en 4 casos, plicas sinoviales en 3 pacientes, quiste del menisco externo en un caso y rotura del menisco interno en un pacientes e hipertrofia de la grasa de Hoffa en 2 casos. La sepsis estuvo presente en 2 casos siendo el agente causal el estafilococo coagulasa positivo. Las zonas más afectas del proceso osteocondrítico patelar fueron la cara medial con 6 casos y cara lateral con medial en 8 pacientes.Según la clasificación de Outerbridge los grados de afectación condral fueron grado II en 2 casos, grado III en 9 pacientes y grado IV en 5 casos.No tuvimos complicaciones mecánicas con la osteosintesis de la tuberosidad anterior de la tibia.Los resultados finales del estudio fueron MUY BUENOS en 10 pacientes, BUENO en 5 casos y REGULAR en un paciente.Downloads
