Abstract

A sequence of pathological images carried out on a 58-year-old female patient with a clinical diagnosis of ovarian tumor is presented. Multiple cystic formations, characteristic of a benign multicystic mesothelioma, are seen in the abdominal cavity; which also invades the surface of the uterus
