Abstract

A bacteriological trial was performed on 80 patients with conjunctivitis at the Morón General Provincial Hospital. The first symptoms and objective signs were investigated, secretion and the feeling of foreign body were found.

The conjunctival exudate done and the clinical data gathered from the questionnaire applied, showed the relationship between the two tests, hence their importance in the diagnosis of conjunctivitis.
