Probable Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Syndrome. A pediatric case presentation
Abstract
It is presented a case of a 6-year-old female patient, white, with the diagnosis of probable Vogt Koyanagi Harada Syndrome. It has been realized the diagnosis due to the personal pathological precedents and also the physical examination, through the direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy, visual acuity with and without correction, biomicroscopy and the tomography of optical coherence. It was carried out an investigation about this topic due to the unusual that results this disease in pediatric ages, in which it is presented with a more aggressive course.Downloads
